My name is Erol. I’ve been coming now for nine to ten weeks doing the Pilates, and I actually found it for more than one reason beneficial. One, because you get to take yourself away and actually work on something specific for a particular reason of the body which is very good and there are things I’m doing Pilates I’m not doing what I’m doing tween on so it’s quite nice to integrate the two together and actually really really beneficial and one of problems I had was walking, I can’t walk properly and so to integrate these exercises I’m helping my ability to walk by doing these. So if I’ve gone to the gym, that will improve the strength, but you can’t go to a gym and get the strength if you’re not a technique to actually walk, and that’s what I found really good with Pilates.
